"I would like to offer my time and knowledge to the New Energy Congress in

regards to testing the efficiency of producing hydrogen from water. I'm

currently working on a process to combine Directory:Viktor Schauberger's Vortex

science along with There was an error working with the wiki: Code[1] (Method for Energy separation and

utilization in a Vortex tube which operates with pressure not exceeding

atmospheric pressure) and There was an error working with the wiki: Code[2] (Method and apparatus for

splitting water molecules) to see if by combining these various methods I

can improve the efficiency of electrolysis.
